Acceptable use policy
The short version: use Moksy to plan things you have the right to build, and do not use it to hurt anybody.
1. Scope
This policy applies to everybody who uses Moksy — account holders, their end-users, reviewers and partners. It sits alongside the Terms of Service, and a breach of this policy is a breach of those terms.
2. What you must not do
- Use the platform for anything unlawful, or to plan anything unlawful.
- Upload content you do not have the right to share, including somebody else’s confidential material.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform, another account, or another customer’s data.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble the platform, or scrape it at scale.
- Use it to generate content that is defamatory, harassing, or that infringes somebody’s rights.
- Resell or sublicense access without written permission.
- Upload malicious code, or use the platform to distribute it.
- Circumvent quotas, rate limits or billing — including by creating accounts to reset an allowance.
3. Reviewers and partners
Reviewers additionally agree to the reviewer code of conduct. Submitting model-generated output as a human review, concealing a conflict of interest, or disclosing a customer’s plan are breaches of both documents.
4. Automated and AI use
You may not use the platform to build a competing dataset, to systematically extract generated plans, or to feed another model with our output at scale. Using the platform normally — including reading, exporting and acting on your own plans — is exactly what it is for.
5. Reporting a breach
If you believe somebody is misusing the platform, email [email protected]. If it concerns personal data, email [email protected].
6. Enforcement
Depending on severity, a breach results in a warning, suspension of the account or the offending capability, or termination. Where the breach is fraudulent, outstanding balances may be withheld. We will tell you what happened and why, unless doing so would prejudice an investigation or breach the law.
