What MOX is, and when you need it
A membership covers what is included in it. MOX covers everything else, so you are never surprised by a bill and never blocked waiting for one to be approved.
A membership, and then everything else
A plan is a monthly membership: it carries what is included in it and renews on its own. MOX is credit you buy once and spend when you choose, on the work that sits outside those benefits.
Most people need the first and occasionally the second. Nobody needs to buy MOX to produce a plan.
- Bought once, spent when you choose — it does not renew.
- Dollar-pegged, so the price of a review does not move with your currency.
- Every debit itemised in the wallet ledger.
How it works
Credit, not a subscription
You buy MOX once and spend it when you choose. It does not renew on its own.
Dollar-pegged
One balance, one unit, so the price of a review does not move with your currency.
Spent on work
Expert reviews, additional plans, priority turnaround — the things that consume somebody’s time or a model’s.
Pooled on team tiers
One balance for the workspace rather than a card per person.
Visible ledger
Every debit is itemised. You can see what a piece of work cost after it happened.
No expiry surprises
Balance and history stay visible in your wallet.
MOX questions
Do I need MOX to use Moksy?
No. You can produce a plan without spending any. MOX pays for the optional parts — chiefly expert review.
What is the difference between a plan and MOX?
A plan is a monthly membership with benefits included in it. MOX is credit for work outside those benefits. Most people need one and occasionally the other.
Can I get a refund on unused credit?
Contact support and we will look at it. We would rather that than have you sit on credit you do not want.
