What we are aiming for, where we currently fall short, and how to tell us when something blocks you.
Our commitment
Moksy aims to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA across the platform and the public site. We treat an accessibility barrier as a defect, not as an enhancement request.
This statement covers moksy.ai and the Moksy application.
What we do today
- Semantic headings and landmarks, so a screen reader can navigate the structure of a page.
- Keyboard operation for interactive controls, including the expandable sections on content pages.
- Text alternatives for meaningful images, and decorative images marked as decorative.
- Colour contrast checked against the AA threshold for body text and interface labels.
- Content that reflows without horizontal scrolling on small screens; wide tables scroll inside their own container.
Where we know we fall short
We would rather publish an honest list than a claim of full conformance.
- The platform has not yet been through a formal third-party accessibility audit. Until it has, this statement reflects our own testing.
- Some generated documents and exports have had less accessibility attention than the interface around them.
- Colour contrast is checked for body text and labels; some data visualisations and status indicators still need review.
Reporting a barrier
If something on Moksy stops you doing what you came to do, email [email protected] with the page and what happened. We aim to acknowledge within five working days and to tell you what we intend to do about it, including when we do not intend to fix it soon and why.
